Felix Kiptoo is the Programmes Manager at IPHRD-Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from the University of Nairobi, with a major in International Security. He has undergone trainings on mediation, negotiation and peacebuilding. Prior to joining IPHRD-Africa, he worked with Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is committed to his vision for a peaceful world in which everyone is equal and free of fear.
