NOTE: IPHRD- Africa is looking for youth from Nairobi County who are passionate about their community and are interested in telling others what is going on well in their communities.
Task: Capture, document and send us the good stories in their communities on “peaceful coexistence and social cohesion”.
Requirements: Very simple, you don’t have to be a journalist! You should be able to: write the short stories; analyze the situation and be able to assess which stories fall under the theme of the project; and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of photography is considered an added advantage. Youth from slums and youth with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
You should also be able to attend a short meeting on the 8th March, 2018 in Nairobi from 2.30pm to 4pm to meet the project team, the editors and mentors.
